We had an accident and the other person was at fault. They dont want to say that of course. They agreed to the rental and within 5 1/2 hours changed there mind. Can they do that. You know you have to sign papers. They gave us the rental for 7 days. I Just want to know can they legally do this.Can an insurance company cancel your rental car after giving it to you?
the insurance apparently found something in your driving record that they didn't like. insurance companies can, and do, cancel you for any reason.Can an insurance company cancel your rental car after giving it to you?
Of course they can, and apparently did. You can keep the car, but chances are you will have to pay for it if you do.
