Driving a rental car out of the geographic restrictions?

What would the penalties be if I were to drive a rental car just about 20 miles out of the geographic restrictions set up by the rental company? Enterprise doesn't allow a car to enter Oregon due to it's geographic restrictions. But if where I'm going is only about 20 or so miles from the border of California, what penalties will I be given? All help is welcomed. Thanks.Driving a rental car out of the geographic restrictions?
Many rental vehicles today have GPS devices installed in them just for this reason.

1. If you had an accident you would not be covered.

2. You can be ticketed in the other state if pulled over.

3. The vehicle at that point could be impounded.

4. You would be responsible for all of these expenses.

5. The rental could fine you up to $500.00 dollars plus charging about $10.00 to $15.00 for each mile that you traveled out of the state.

6. The worst part is that they have your credit card and you would not be able to do anything about it.
