Look in the phone book (yellow pages) for ';Rent a Wreck';. Contrary to the name, they rent pretty descent cars for a lot less than Avis, Hertz, etc., If they happen to have a van, you can save $. The one here in town charges a flat rate per day/week/month, no mileage.

Where to find cheap rental cars?
We want to rent a van and drive from Arizona to Kansas, only 1100 miles... every polace i looked will charge extra per mile outside of AZ, any one know of good place to get cheap rental without having to pay expensive pricy miles out side of state????Where to find cheap rental cars?
