There used to be a company called Rent a Wreck - where you rented cars that weren't new. That's all I can think of.





Renting a car in Houston will probably be more expensive than the 7-10 a day, but why not go to the office and bargin with them. If they aren't renting alot of cars, you might just make a deal!
