A lot of different sites say they give the best rates, but I have found that simply calling the hotel, or car rental companies is the best way to get the lowest prices. There is no easy way to do it. Even the travel writers in the paper say it requires a lot of calling around.Where can I find the best rates for rental cars and hotels?
