Rental cars?

I'm moving from AR to New York with a son and two pets, and I was wondering if I could rent a car to get there, or does a car have to be brought back to where you borrowed it from? Also, what are some average prices? Thanks in advanceRental cars?
Not if you rent it from a nationwide company you can return it where you move too or in an area close to it they will inform you of the nearest location if you call them before hand and as for rates they vary from state to state and also that would depend on the car style you wanted how many miles you need and days you need it so it's hard to say a price range because some days or cheaper than others Good Luck if you have a Hertz near you that would be my preference i have use Enterprise and hertz i got a better deal a nicer transaction and all around better service there with more options also.Rental cars?
Contact all of the major companies who want their vehicles ferried around.

Check everyone including motor home, light trucks etc.

In Australia people can move vehicles by paying the insurance and the fuel bill, just so long as they don't take to long
You can rent a car and leave it at another location for a fee. Enterprise offers weekend specials Friday-Monday for about 30 bucks a day for a truck...usually. It is even cheaper for a car. If you need it longer then ask for a weekly special. That should run you about 300 dollars. Check around though because some Enterprise locations have higher rates than others. I too am from AR ....hate to see you go, but with weather and economy lately I don't blame you for leaving. GOOD LUCK!! http://www.enterprise.com/car_rental/hom鈥?/a>
